Brazil's Presidential Chief of Staff, Eliseu Padilha, will provide a general overview of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games during a press conference to be held this Tuesday (23 August) at 10 a.m. at the Rio Media Center. Joined by Rio Mayor Eduardo Paes, Padilha will speak to the press about hosting the world's biggest sporting event in Brazil.
